Welcome to Awareness Avenue!

As soon as your order is placed, our team begins sourcing, quality-managing, and shipping your new amazing jewelry straight to your doorstep. Please be aware that our jewelry with personalized text takes an additional 24-48 hours to produce. We must engrave it after placing the order, ensuring each piece is unique and not mass-produced.

You can expect your unique jewelry within 5-10 business days after ordering. However, please note that at peak demand times or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or global events, orders may take slightly longer to arrive (up to 15 business days). We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

 

Tracking information

All orders are secured, insured, and tracked with a live-status tracking ID. This means you can follow your order every step of the way. If for whatever technical reason you do not automatically receive your tracking information via email a few days after ordering, please contact us at support@awareness-avenue.com. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking number to show updates on the tracking page.

 

Shipping cost

Here at Awareness Avenue, we have a flat shipping rate of US $4.95 for all orders under 70$ USD. Any order above 70$ USD will be eligible for free shipping.

 

Shipping policy

Awareness Avenue is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details at checkout. Moreover, we cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order shipping address.

In case of error

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please email us as soon as possible on support@awareness-avenue.com explaining the error and providing the correct information. We will do our best to assist you. However, please understand that if the package has already been shipped, we may be unable to alter the destination address at this stage due to carrier policies
