Shipping Info.

As soon as your order is placed, our team begins sourcing, quality-managing, and shipping your new amazing jewelry straight to your doorstep. We typically ship all orders within 24 hours.

Please be aware that custom jewelry with personalized text or similar engravings takes an additional 24-48 hours to produce. We must engrave it after placing the order, ensuring each piece is unique, carefully handled and not mass-produced.

Made-to-order jewelry ships within 15-20 business days after ordering. We must hand-craft your unique piece, strictly assure its quality, pack it carefully and then ship it. You will be kept updated by our support team during the entire journey.

Please note that at peak demand times or due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or similar events, orders may take slightly longer to arrive (up to 15 business days). We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

 

Tracking Information.

All orders are secured, insured, and tracked with a live-status tracking ID. This means you can follow your order every step of the way. Your tracking ID is automatically added to your order after a couple of days and sent to you by email.

If for whatever technical reason you do not automatically receive your tracking information via email a few days after ordering, please contact us at support@awareness-avenue.com. We will provide it right away. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking number to show updates on the tracking page.

 

Shipping Costs.

All orders over $75.00 USD enjoy free shipping with Awareness Avenue worldwide. For orders under $75.00 USD there is a flat shipping rate of $4.95 USD. This shipping rate is added to your order during checkout. If your order has unlocked free shipping you will see the confirmation message in your cart before you go to checkout and also in the checkout itself.

 

Shipping Policies.

Awareness Avenue is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details at checkout. Moreover, we cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order shipping address.

If your order shows as delivered but is missing, please reach out to us at support@awareness-avenue.com and we'll be glad to assist you in locating it or replacing it if it's unrecoverable.

In Case of Error.

If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, please email us as soon as possible on support@awareness-avenue.com explaining the error and providing the correct information. We will do our best to assist you within 12 hours.

However, please understand that if the package has already been shipped, we may be unable to alter the destination address at this stage due to carrier policies. However, we will attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation—we are here to help you.
